Happy summer! So much going on with life lately. So many good things to celebrate.

I was honored to be invited into the national fine art exhibition at Lincoln gallery, and my Painting Cosmos ~ SOLD! Thank you Ron And Vicky! 

I was honored to be invited to the Open Studios Boulder plein air festival. Five days of Painting in Boulder County, with a month-long show at the Feed and Grain Store in Niwot Colorado. That show goes through July 6th!   I painted at some of the highest points in Boulder - and around the corner in my neighborhood, because……Our older son Ian, is blessed with a new job in California! The week of the Boulder open studios plein air festival, was the week that he left Colorado (I know right!!  Emotional ! ) On Wednesday of that week, was his last full day at home ~ I chose to stay close to home to paint so I could have a nice lunch with him. So around the corner every summer my neighbor has some amazing poppies ~ that every summer I say, “I want to paint those!” This year I did! It was so much fun and I was able to pop around

the corner to have lunch with Ian. Balancing all aspects of a creative and busy life is challenging but so worth it ~ Life is so good! On another note Sean got an Amazing internship at LASP - here in Boulder - so Sean will be staying put 😜⭕️❌

Later this summer I am also excited to have been invited to paint in the Estes Valley plein air festival at the Art Center of Estes Park. From August 22 to August 28. Friday, August 30 is the opening gala. The show runs from August 30 through September 29 at the art center. From 11 AM to 5 PM daily.
